About us
ARCHI is a two-person product design studio.
We design products, we write code, and we ship features. Real ones: merged PRs, not prototypes gathering dust in Figma. Over the past three years, we've worked with 30+ founders on products that have raised over $1B from top-tier investors.
We named the studio ARCHI because what we do is closer to architecture than decoration. Architects decide where the load-bearing walls go. They design the structure everything else gets built on top of. That's the work we care about. Anyone can move a button. Very few people can decide what your product is, build the system that lets your team express it consistently, and leave behind something that holds up as the company grows.
Lately, our role has expanded past the canvas. Design is still our craft, but we now also write production code, prototype in real components, and build the AI workflows that let small teams move fast.

Well — Building an entire financial data platform from zero to launch
Well captures financial data from any source — banks, vendors, SaaS tools — and turns it into clean, structured records teams can act on. We built the entire product from scratch: product strategy, onboarding, connectors, tables, chat, workflows, and engineering contributions. Every surface was designed to replace hours of manual financial admin with minutes of automated processing.
