We’re quite flexible in terms of format. You can request your designs in various ways through your private request board in Notion. Share links to your Google Docs, Linear, Notion, wireframes, or videos.

Yes, you can simply pause your subscription when you run out of design work. When more projects arise, simply return, and your subscription will be ready to roll again. Your subscription is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 14 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 17 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

No need to worry. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer infinite revisions to ensure your design is perfect and aligns with your vision. We understand the importance of getting it just right, so feel free to provide your feedback, and we'll continue refining the design until you are 100% satisfied.

Yes, our priority is your absolute satisfaction. We are confident in the quality of our design services, and if, for any reason, the delivered design falls short of your expectations or you are dissatisfied with our service, please reach out to us within 7 days of signing up. We will refund your first payment, deducting a 25% fee assigned to the remaining billable period.

Keep in mind, subscription renewals are non-refundable. We'll send you an email notification three days prior to each renewal. This way, you can pause or cancel before the next charge if our services are no longer required.

After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email with the link to your client portal where you can manage your subscription. You will be able to pause, cancel or upgrade your plan at any time.
